"GREAT COMPANY--DID A GREAT JOB FOR US. We are preparing our house to sell it, and I had Brilliant Vista do all of our windows, inside and outside. The windows had not been done for a number of years. They approached the job in a very professional and efficient manner, did a great job and were reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I hired them to also clean the entire house after we moved out and have arranged for them to clean my gutters. Next spring, if I still own the house, I will hire them to pressure wash the entire house. They rate 5+ stars."

Power washing: siding on our house and deck. The house looks so bright and the deck, which we were going to paint, may just get a coat of waterproofing...it looks sooo good! Very reasonable pricing too.

 

"Mike came even though it was raining out. He sprayed the house with a preparation. While that set, he power washed the porch. He then returned to the vinyl siding to wash it thoroughly, even going over spots that he felt needed more attention. He was very efficient with his time. Overall the job was completed in under 2 1/2 hours. Great Job!"

"We hired Mike from Brilliant Vista Window Cleaning to clean all of our windows and sliding glass doors before we were listing our home for sale. Mike was great to deal with. Very reasonable price, quick to return our call for an estimate, easy to book an appointment with and showed up exactly at the time we planned. I can't say enough about the great job he did. Washed the windows, exterior only, in a 3 unit, 2 story condominium building and power washed the siding and porches. Completed over 2 days - day 1 to power wash siding and day 2 to clean the windows.

 

"We are members of a condominium association of 3 units. About 2 months ago we asked Mr. Ayer to give us an estimate to clean the windows in our unit, the windows in the 2nd unit and then all 3. We scheduled an appointment for him to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, viewed the property, counted the windows and provided an estimate - a very reasonable price. At our homeowners meeting we were asked to checked to see if he could also power wash the building ... siding and porches. Mr. Ayer returned to our site and provided us with an estimate, again very reasonable. He followed up with a phone call to answer any of our questions.

Mr. Ayer showed up on time -- on the dot -- and worked efficiently. Also, since we had just reseeded the lawn in the front and side of the building he took care so as to not trample the lawn or damage it with the bleached water he was using to wash the siding. He took the time to explain what he was using to power wash, the time it would take, and point out areas of concern where mold was growing on the siding and porches.

As for the windows, he again showed up right on time, and started straight to work. He was fast. The 5 years of grim on the windows and the building is gone. We can see out clearly now. It was well worth the money.
Mr. Ayer is the owner of the company. He works alone and he cares."
